The app licence
FOGLIGHT: The Fifth Name is provided by Guangzhou Tendo Technology Co., Ltd.. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. This page explains the product and purchase; it does not replace that licence or remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Apple's applicable App Store terms govern its distribution and payment services. The developer provides the game and handles game-support requests through the contact address below.
What the full-story purchase includes
The app offers Chapters 1–2 free of charge. One non-consumable purchase unlocks Chapters 3–5, all endings, the corresponding scene photographs and chapter replay for this story. It does not expire or automatically renew.
The normal US price is US$1.99. Local currencies and applicable taxes can produce different amounts. The price displayed by Apple's purchase confirmation is authoritative. Future separately released stories are not included, and no future release schedule is promised as part of this purchase.
Restoration uses the Apple Account associated with the purchase and Apple's verification services. This app release does not provide cross-device story-progress synchronization or an Apple Watch version. An access entitlement and a saved playthrough are different things.
Payment, restoration and refunds
Apple charges the purchase after confirmation. A pending approval does not unlock paid content until the transaction is approved and verified. Cancelling a purchase does not delete your progress.
Use Restore purchases in the purchase screen or Settings with the same Apple Account. If Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, the app can stop admitting new paid content. Existing saved history remains subject to the app's saved-progress behavior.
Refund requests are handled through Apple's refund service. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Progress and availability
The game saves progress locally and offers recovery features, but recovery cannot guarantee that every recent action can be restored after device loss or damaged storage. Keep your device backups as appropriate. Uninstalling the app may remove local progress; purchase restoration does not restore a deleted playthrough.
The game is fictional and includes descriptions of danger, death and bereavement. Its characters and instructions are not real-world emergency guidance. Please follow the age rating and content information displayed in your App Store.
We may provide fixes and compatibility updates. This purchase is not a promise of indefinite support for every future device or operating system. Any limitations remain subject to the applicable licence and mandatory consumer rights.
