Restore your full story
Chapters 1–2 are free. The full-story purchase unlocks Chapters 3–5, every ending, their scene photos and chapter replay. It is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. The amount shown by the App Store before confirmation is the price you pay.
Already purchased? Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase, connect to the internet, then choose Restore purchases in the game's purchase screen or Settings. Restoring a purchase restores access; it does not restore story progress from another device.
If a purchase is awaiting approval, wait for Apple's approval process to finish. If access is still missing, contact us with the App version, iOS version and the message you see. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or an unredacted receipt.
Keep your progress safe
Progress is saved on your device. You may close the app and return later; late replies do not cause a character to die. Replaying creates a separate playthrough and keeps the earlier one.
If the app reports a damaged save, use its recovery option before deleting anything. Recovery may return to an earlier saved point. Do not uninstall the app as a first troubleshooting step: local progress can be lost.
There is no in-game cross-device progress sync. Your device's own backup and restore settings are separate from the game. Deleting the current playthrough does not cancel or remove your Apple purchase.
Sound, reminders and photos
Music and sound effects are optional and can be changed in Settings. Audio respects silent mode and stops when the app leaves the foreground.
Reminders are optional local notifications. You can disable them in the game or in iPhone notification settings. Message previews can be controlled separately.
Story photographs are included with the game. Tap an unlocked photograph to inspect it, or find received photos in Records. The app does not need access to your camera, microphone or personal photo library.
Request a refund
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. You can ask Apple to review a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility depends on Apple's process and your applicable consumer rights. A refund or revoked purchase can remove access to new paid content; your saved story is not automatically deleted.
Send a support request
Use the contact address below. Include the App version, iOS version, device model and a short description of what happened. Say whether the problem concerns a purchase, a save or a scene. Screenshots are optional; remove account details and anything you do not want to share.
For a technical issue, you may choose Settings → Diagnostics and share the report yourself. It contains limited technical information and recent operation codes, not your story choices or Apple payment credentials. Reports are not sent automatically.
For a privacy request, put Privacy in your subject line and tell us what you want to access, correct or delete. We do not need your game save or Apple password.
